Our ethos is to provide the best value for money for our clients whilst maintaining continuity of staff. Since our inception, we have ran a successful award winning apprentice programme, which to date has created 20 qualified electricians.
MPF Fife have taken the conscious decision that our people are the most important part of our business. Employee development is key to the way we do our business. As this is the case, we have developed a robust training and development plan based on offering bespoke training opportunities for all staff, which gives the company the opportunity to future-proof career and contract opportunities through the development of new skills.
